Bordeaux Reds: Terroir, Grapes, Culture Saturday, February 27, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Master of Wine and Certified Bordeaux Educator Bill Nesto examines the impact of soil, climate, grape variety, winemaking,
and culture on Bordeaux red wines. A lecture and tasting of Bordeaux reds will be followed by a luncheon of traditional Southwest
France cuisine paired with red, white, and sweet white Bordeaux wines. Nesto will lead tutored tastings of fine châteaux
wines.
